Abstract: Abstract: Aiming at the problem of high complexity and poor flexibility of wired monitoring system for condition monitoring of mechanical equipment, a design scheme of wireless vibration and temperature composite sensor is proposed based on ZigBee wireless technology. Its RF module, sensor module, power module hardware design and vibration and temperature data acquisition and transmission, power detection software design are discussed in details. The designed sensor has the functions of equipment vibration and temperature data collection and wireless transmission, and can communicate bi-directionally with the designed communication station to form the wireless network system of equipment condition monitoring. The experimental results show that the designed sensor can collect the vibration and temperature status information of the equipment and transmit it to the communication station wirelessly. The sensor's work is stable and data collection is reliable and effective; its transmission distance is up to 18 meters, which can provide effective data support for equipment condition monitoring and failure analysis.
